This Privacy Policy describes how our app handles information collected and received in connection with your use of our app products and services. Our primary purpose for collecting information is to provide and improve our products and services.

Information We Process

There are several categories of information that can be processed.

Functional information

When you use the App, we request and process the following personal information. This information is necessary for the full performance of the contract between you and us. Without this information, it will not be possible to provide the full functionality of the App and perform the requested services.

Information about activities directly related to your use of the App. Once you have set the relevant settings on your device, we may have technical access to your contact list so that we can match contact details and photos so that we can analyze and remove similar photos. However, we cannot collect, store or use the data contained in your contact list or photos.

All files that may be processed are stored locally on your device and/or in iCloud storage and we cannot access them. Only you can export files through the app to share them with specific parties.

Information automatically processed

When you use the App, certain information about your device and user behavior may be automatically processed. This information is generally non-personal information, i.e. it does not itself allow direct association with any specific individual and we only have access to it in aggregate form. We process this information based on our legitimate interest in improving the App and providing the best experience for our users. If we do not have access to such data, we may not be able to provide you with all the features of the App.

We use third-party automatic data processing technologies to analyze certain information sent by your device through our applications (advertising or analytical tools). Some of these technologies initiate automatic processing of your personal data, including profiling, which is any form of automated processing of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects about you, in particular to analyze or predict aspects about your personal preferences, interests, behavior, location or movements. The processing of information by automatic data processing technologies starts automatically when you first launch the application.

Device details.

When you access our App using a mobile device (tablet/phone/smartwatch), we report certain details about your device, including a "device identifier". A device identifier is a small data file or similar data structure stored on or associated with your mobile device that uniquely identifies your mobile device (but does not identify you personally). Information about the application.

The name, API key (application identifier), version, and properties of our application may be reported for automated processing and analysis. Certain services also record a list of applications and/or processes installed or running on your device.

Cookies and Similar Technologies.

When you use the App, cookies and similar technologies (pixels, web beacons, scripts) may be used. A cookie is a text file containing a small amount of information that is downloaded to your device when you access the App. This text file is sent back to the server each time you use the App. This allows us to operate the App more efficiently. For example, we will know how many users have visited a specific area or feature within our App and which links or ads they clicked on. We process personal information (name, email address and any other content included in the email) that you may enter when you contact us via email, support forms, etc. We collect, store and process this information through our cloud storage providers.

This information is essential for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us. We use this information to effectively respond to your inquiries, fulfill your requests, send you the information you request and perform the services you request.

Your device permissions

When providing the features and services of our products, we may need you to allow certain "permissions" on your device, which will enable us to collect and use information related to these features. Children¡¯s Privacy

Our Platform is not intended for children (under the age of 13 or higher as determined by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal data or serve interest-based advertising to children, nor do we knowingly allow children to register for or use the Platform. Children should not use our Platform or send us any personal data about themselves at any time. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, we will take reasonable steps to promptly delete such information from our records.
